Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Writesure platform, website (writesure.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ANY ADS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using any part of the Service, you ("Agent," "Buyer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Writesure is a lead marketplace platform that connects final expense (FEX) insurance lead generators with licensed, independent insurance agents in the United States.

We are developing a self-service platform that will include features such as automated lead delivery, account balance management, real-time bidding, and a buyer dashboard. These features are not yet available and are subject to change. We make no guarantees regarding the timeline or availability of future features.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

We verify your NPN against the NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry) database to confirm that you hold an active license. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that cannot be verified. Your NPN is used solely for verification purposes and is never shared with third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@writesure.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Lead Purchases and Payments

4.1 Lead Exclusivity

All leads sold through Writesure are exclusive. Each lead is delivered to exactly one agent. Once a lead is assigned and delivered to you, it will not be sold or shared with any other agent.

4.2 Payment Terms (Current Stage)

During the early access stage, payments are processed via invoices. You will receive an invoice for each agreed-upon batch of leads or as otherwise arranged during onboarding. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be completed before leads are delivered.

4.3 Planned Payment Model

As the platform develops, we intend to introduce a prepaid balance model. Under this model:

4.4 Pricing

Lead pricing during early access is determined through direct discussion during onboarding, based on your target states and volume preferences. As the platform matures, pricing may transition to a floor-price-plus-auction model, where a minimum price is set per lead and agents bid competitively. Specific pricing details will always be communicated to you before any purchase is finalized.

4.5 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service.

5. Lead Delivery and Quality

5.1 Delivery

Leads are delivered via the method agreed upon during onboarding (email, Telegram, or other channel). We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver leads promptly. Delivery methods and timing may vary as we refine the Service.

5.2 Lead Data

Each lead includes core contact information such as first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, state, and zip code. Additional data fields (email, coverage preferences, etc.) may be included when provided by the consumer. See our Lead Quality Policy for full details on data fields and quality standards.

5.3 Invalid Leads

If you receive a lead that you believe is invalid (fake data, disconnected phone number, wrong state, or other verifiable deficiency), you may report it in accordance with our Lead Quality Policy and Refund & Credit Policy. Verified invalid leads are eligible for a balance credit (or invoice adjustment during the early access stage).

6. Feedback and Quality Improvement

A core component of the Writesure model is agent feedback on lead quality. By using the Service, you agree to provide honest feedback on the leads you receive when requested. This may include reporting whether you contacted the lead, whether a sale was made, or whether the lead was unreachable.

Feedback is used solely to improve lead quality and platform performance. It is never shared with other agents or used to penalize you in any way.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key obligations include:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Writesure website and platform are the property of ANY ADS LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Lead data delivered to you is licensed for your use in contacting the consumer for insurance sales purposes only. You do not own the underlying data and may not use it for purposes outside the scope of this license.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANY ADS LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

If we terminate your account without cause and you have an unused balance (under the future prepaid model), we will issue a balance credit or arrange a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@writesure.co. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid balance, consistent with our Refund & Credit Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at hello@writesure.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Sharjah, UAE. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Credit Policy, Lead Quality Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANY ADS LLC regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.4 Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure — We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, or disruptions to advertising platforms or payment processors.

14.6 Electronic Communications — By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including via email and through notifications on the platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
