Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Writesure platform, website (writesure.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ANY ADS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using any part of the Service, you ("Agent," "Buyer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The Service

Writesure is a self-serve online marketplace that connects insurance lead generation with licensed, independent insurance agents in the United States. We currently focus on the final expense (FEX) insurance vertical.

2.1 How the Service Works

2.2 Exclusive Leads

All leads sold through Writesure are exclusive. Each lead is delivered to exactly one agent and is never resold, shared, or reassigned to any other agent.

You choose your target states, set your bids and daily caps, and can pause any campaign — or your entire account — at any time. You decide how much you spend and when you receive leads.

We use your NPN to check your license against publicly available state regulatory records and to confirm that you hold an active insurance license. This check confirms your licensure; it does not verify that you are licensed in every individual state you choose to target, and it is not continuous or guaranteed monitoring of your license status. You are solely responsible for holding and maintaining a valid, active license in each state you target and for limiting your targeting accordingly. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that cannot be verified. Your NPN is used solely for verification purposes and is never shared with third parties.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@writesure.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Your Licensing Representations

You represent and warrant that you hold, and will maintain in good standing, all licenses, appointments, and registrations required to solicit, market, and sell insurance to consumers in every state you target through the Service. You are solely responsible for determining the requirements that apply to your activities, for limiting your targeting to states in which you are properly licensed, and for updating your campaign settings if any license lapses, is suspended, or is not renewed. Writesure provides lead data in reliance on these representations and does not independently verify, monitor, or guarantee your licensing status in any or all states. If you are not, or cease to be, licensed in a targeted state, you must immediately remove that state from your active campaigns.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Lead Exclusivity

All leads sold through Writesure are exclusive. Once a lead is assigned and delivered to you, it will not be sold or shared with any other agent.

4.2 Pricing

Each lead has a floor price, set per source on a cost-plus basis (our cost to acquire the lead plus a transparent margin). When you are the only eligible buyer for a lead, you pay the floor price. When multiple buyers are eligible, the lead is allocated through a second-price (Vickrey) auction: the winning buyer pays the second-highest qualifying bid plus a small increment, never more than their own maximum bid. The price of each lead is shown to you in your dashboard. Current price ranges are published on our pricing page and may change over time as our costs and supply change.

4.3 Billing Model — Pay As You Go

Writesure uses a postpay (pay-as-you-go) billing model. There is no prepaid balance, no minimum deposit, and no upfront payment.

You are only ever charged for leads that have actually been delivered to you.

4.4 Payment Authorization

When you add a payment method to your account, you authorize Writesure (ANY ADS LLC) to store that payment method and to charge it automatically, on a recurring, as-incurred basis, for leads delivered to you. Specifically, you agree that:

You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method you add, or are otherwise authorized to use it. We retain a record of this authorization and will send you a receipt for each charge.

4.5 Your Spending Controls

You set a maximum bid (the most you are willing to pay per lead) and a daily cap (the maximum number of leads per day) on each of your campaigns. You can pause any campaign, or your entire account, at any time. You cannot be charged for more than the leads delivered to you within your active campaigns' bids and daily caps, and we will never charge you for leads you have not received.

4.6 Failed Payments and Authentication

If an automatic charge fails (for example, an expired or declined card), your account moves to a past-due state and lead delivery pauses until payment succeeds. We automatically retry failed charges and will notify you so you can update your payment method. Occasionally, your bank may require you to confirm a charge through an additional authentication step (3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication); in that case we will send you a secure link to complete the confirmation, and delivery may remain paused until you do.

4.7 Card Storage and Security

Your payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Writesure never receives, sees, or stores your full card number, card expiry date, or security code (CVV). Our handling of payment data falls within PCI-DSS SAQ-A scope. When you add a card, we may place a temporary verification authorization (typically $1) that is immediately voided and never charged.

4.8 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service.

5. Lead Delivery and Quality

5.1 Delivery

Leads are delivered in real time through the channel you select (email, messenger, or webhook). We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver leads promptly and reliably.

5.2 Lead Data

Each lead includes core contact information such as first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, state, and zip code, along with a TCPA consent record and a TrustedForm certificate. Additional data fields (email, coverage preferences, and others) may be included when provided by the consumer. See our Lead Quality Policy for full details on data fields and quality standards.

5.3 Invalid Leads

If you receive a lead that you believe is invalid (for example, fabricated data, a disconnected phone number, the wrong state, or another verifiable deficiency), you may report it within the reporting window described in our Lead Quality Policy and Refund & Credit Policy. Verified invalid leads are fully credited or refunded in accordance with those policies. Because leads are exclusive, real-time digital products, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds; instead, you control your spend and can pause or stop receiving leads at any time.

6. Feedback and Quality Improvement

A core component of the Writesure model is agent feedback on lead quality. By using the Service, you agree to provide honest feedback on the leads you receive when requested. This may include reporting whether you contacted the lead, whether a sale was made, or whether the lead was unreachable.

Feedback is used solely to improve lead quality and platform performance. It is never shared with other agents or used to penalize you for honest reporting.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key obligations include:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Writesure website and platform are the property of ANY ADS LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Lead data delivered to you is licensed for your use in contacting the consumer for insurance sales purposes only. You do not own the underlying data and may not use it for purposes outside the scope of this license.

11. Suspension, Termination, and Your Controls

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

If we terminate your account without cause, any credits owed to you for verified invalid leads will be honored.

11.2 Closing Your Account and Removing Your Data

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@writesure.co. You may remove your payment method at any time from your dashboard; once removed, no further automatic charges will be made and lead delivery will stop.

Closing your account or removing your payment method does not waive charges already incurred for leads delivered to you before that point, which remain payable. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal and compliance retention requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at hello@writesure.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Sharjah, UAE. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Credit Policy, Lead Quality Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANY ADS LLC regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.4 Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure — We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, or disruptions to advertising platforms or payment processors.

14.6 Electronic Communications — By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including via email and through notifications on the platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
