ANY ADS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Writesure platform (writesure.com) and the CarryPromise lead generation brand (carrypromise.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with our services.

This policy covers two categories of individuals:

• Agents (Buyers): Licensed insurance agents who register for and use the Writesure platform to purchase leads.
• Consumers (Lead Subjects): Individuals who submit their information through our lead generation forms (such as on CarryPromise) seeking insurance quotes.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Agent Information

When you apply for an account or use the Service, we collect:

• Identity and contact information: Full name, email address, phone number.
• Professional information: National Producer Number (NPN), licensed states, agent type (independent, agency owner, etc.), years of experience.
• Preferences: Target states, preferred daily lead volume, delivery method preferences, monthly budget range.
• Payment information: Payment details necessary for invoice processing. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment processor (currently Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
• Usage data: Interaction with the platform, lead feedback submissions, and communication records.

2.2 Consumer (Lead) Information

Consumers submit information through our lead generation forms voluntarily. This typically includes:

• Required fields: First name, last name, phone number, date of birth, state, zip code.
• Optional fields: Email address, physical address, coverage preferences, budget range, existing insurance status, tobacco use, beneficiary information.
• Compliance data: TCPA consent record, TrustedForm certificate URL, source URL, timestamp of submission.

Consumer data is collected with explicit consent at the point of form submission. Each form includes a clear TCPA consent disclosure, and a third-party TrustedForm certificate is generated to document the submission.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
• Pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below).

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Agent Data

We use agent information to:

• Verify your identity and insurance license via the NIPR database.
• Process your application and manage your account.
• Deliver leads matching your targeting preferences.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Communicate with you about your account, leads, and platform updates.
• Analyze platform usage to improve our services.

3.2 Consumer Data

We use consumer information to:

• Match the consumer with a licensed insurance agent in their state.
• Deliver the lead to the matched agent for the purpose of an insurance consultation.
• Verify lead quality and investigate invalid lead reports.
• Maintain compliance records (consent, delivery logs).

Consumer data is used exclusively for connecting consumers with insurance agents. We do not use consumer data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to lead fulfillment.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Agent Data

We do not sell or share agent personal information with third parties, except:

• Payment processors: To process payments (e.g., Stripe receives necessary transaction data).
• Legal compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected accounts.

4.2 Consumer Data

Consumer lead data is shared with exactly one licensed insurance agent through the Writesure platform. This is the core function of our service. Specifically:

• Each lead is delivered to one agent only (exclusive, 1:1 delivery).
• The receiving agent is a verified, licensed insurance professional.
• Lead delivery is logged with a record of which agent received the data and when.
• We do not sell consumer data to data brokers, aggregators, or any party other than the matched agent.

5. Data Retention

• Agent account data is retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes.
• Consumer lead data is retained for 3 years from the date of generation for compliance, dispute resolution, and quality tracking purposes.
• Transaction and delivery logs are retained for 5 years for financial and legal compliance.
• TCPA consent records and TrustedForm certificates are retained for 5 years to support regulatory compliance.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) for all web communications.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.
• Secure infrastructure provided by reputable cloud service providers (Supabase, Vercel).
• Payment data handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe).

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential cookies: Required for website functionality (session management, security).
• Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors use our site and improve performance (e.g., Plausible, PostHog).

8. TCPA Compliance

Our lead generation practices are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):

• Consumers provide explicit, informed consent before their information is collected.

• Each submission generates a TrustedForm certificate as independent proof of consent.
• Agents receiving leads are responsible for their own compliance with TCPA, DNC, and state-specific telemarketing regulations when contacting consumers.

9. Your Rights

9.1 Agents

You may:

• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

9.2 Consumers

Consumers whose data has been collected through our lead generation forms may:

• Request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at hello@writesure.co.
• Opt out of further contact by notifying the agent directly or by contacting us.

We will respond to data access and deletion requests within 30 days.

9.3 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 10. International Data Transfers

ANY ADS LLC is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. Personal information collected from U.S.-based agents and consumers may be transferred to and processed in the UAE. By using the Service or submitting information through our forms, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same data protection standards regardless of where data is processed.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy
