ANY ADS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Writesure platform (writesure.com) and the CarryPromise lead generation brand (carrypromise.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with our services.

This policy covers two categories of individuals:

• Agents (Buyers): Licensed insurance agents who register for and use the Writesure platform to purchase leads.
• Consumers (Lead Subjects): Individuals who submit their information through our lead generation forms (such as on CarryPromise) seeking insurance quotes.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Agent Information

When you apply for an account or use the Service, we collect:

• Identity and contact information: Full name, email address, phone number.
• Professional information: National Producer Number (NPN), licensed states, agent type (independent, agency owner, etc.), years of experience.
• Preferences: Target states, preferred daily lead volume, delivery method preferences, budget range.
• Payment information: When you add a payment method, your card details are collected and stored by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor. We never receive, see, or store your full card number, card expiry date, or security code (CVV). We retain limited, non-sensitive billing records (such as charge amounts, dates, and the last four digits of your card) for accounting and compliance.
• Usage data: Interaction with the platform, lead feedback submissions, and communication records.

2.2 Consumer (Lead) Information

Consumers submit information through our lead generation forms voluntarily. This typically includes:

• Required fields: First name, last name, phone number, date of birth, state, zip code.
• Optional fields: Email address, physical address, coverage preferences, budget range, existing insurance status, tobacco use, beneficiary information.
• Compliance data: TCPA consent record, TrustedForm certificate URL, source URL, timestamp of submission.

Consumer data is collected with explicit consent at the point of form submission. Each form includes a clear TCPA consent disclosure, and a third-party TrustedForm certificate is generated to document the submission.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
• Pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below).

2.4 Security and Authentication Logs

When you sign up, sign in, or request a password reset, we record the event type, the email address used, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these records solely to protect accounts against abuse — such as brute-force attempts and automated attacks — and to investigate suspicious activity. We retain these logs for a limited period, as described in Data Retention below.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Agent Data

We use agent information to:

• Verify your identity and insurance license via the NIPR database.
• Process your application and manage your account.
• Deliver leads matching your targeting preferences.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Communicate with you about your account, leads, and platform updates.
• Analyze platform usage to improve our services.

3.2 Consumer Data

We use consumer information to:

• Match the consumer with a licensed insurance agent in their state.
• Deliver the lead to the matched agent for the purpose of an insurance consultation.
• Verify lead quality and investigate invalid-lead reports.
• Maintain compliance records (consent, delivery logs).

Consumer data is used exclusively for connecting consumers with insurance agents. We do not use consumer data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to lead fulfillment.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Agent Data

We do not sell or share agent personal information with third parties, except:

• Payment processor: Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We share only the data necessary to process your payments.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected accounts.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.2 Consumer Data

Consumer lead data is shared with exactly one licensed insurance agent through the Writesure platform. This is the core function of our service. Specifically:

• Each lead is delivered to one agent only (exclusive, 1:1 delivery).
• The receiving agent is a verified, licensed insurance professional.
• Lead delivery is logged with a record of which agent received the data and when.
• We do not sell consumer data to data brokers, aggregators, or any party other than the matched agent.

4.3 Service Providers

To operate the Service, we use trusted third-party service providers that process limited data on our behalf, including:

• Infrastructure: Cloud hosting, database, and edge providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare).
• Lead delivery: Email service providers (Resend), workflow automation (Make.com), and Google Workspace (for agents who choose spreadsheet-based delivery).
• Payments: A PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor.
• Compliance: TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) for consent verification.

These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own data protection obligations. We do not authorize them to use the data for any purpose other than providing the Service to us.

5. Data Retention

• Agent account data is retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes.
• Consumer lead data is retained for 3 years from the date of generation for compliance, dispute resolution, and quality tracking purposes.
• Transaction and delivery logs are retained for 5 years for financial and legal compliance.
• Authentication and security logs (event type, email, IP address, user-agent): approximately 180 days, then deleted.
• TCPA consent records and TrustedForm certificates are retained for 5 years to support regulatory compliance.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) for all web communications.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.
• Secure infrastructure provided by reputable cloud service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google Workspace).
• Payment card data handled exclusively by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details on our systems.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential cookies: Required for website functionality (session management, security).
• Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors use our site and improve performance (e.g., Plausible, PostHog).
• Advertising cookies (CarryPromise only): To measure ad campaign effectiveness and track conversions from advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

8. TCPA Compliance

Our lead generation practices are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):

• Consumers provide explicit, informed consent before their information is collected.
• Consent language is displayed clearly on every lead form.
• Each submission generates a TrustedForm certificate as independent proof of consent.
• Agents receiving leads are responsible for their own compliance with TCPA, DNC, and state-specific telemarketing regulations when contacting consumers.

9. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

Writesure may send text messages (SMS) to agents who have provided their mobile phone number during account registration or who have initiated contact with our business phone number by SMS. This section describes our SMS practices.

9.1 Opt-In

Agents opt in to SMS communications by:

• Submitting their mobile phone number during account registration on writesure.com and agreeing to our Terms of Service, or
• Initiating contact with our business phone number via SMS.

9.2 Message Content

SMS messages from Writesure are limited to:

• Account status updates (e.g., application received, account verified).
• Replies to agent-initiated support inquiries.
• Account-related communication requested by the agent.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages by SMS.

9.3 Frequency

Messaging frequency is low and varies based on account activity. Most agents receive fewer than five messages per month.

9.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us unless you re-subscribe.

9.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.7 Mobile Opt-In Data

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in purposes, as well as opt-in consent records, are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are retained solely for compliance and operational purposes.

10. Your Rights

10.1 Agents

You may:

• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

10.2 Consumers

Consumers whose data has been collected through our lead generation forms may:

• Opt out of further contact by notifying the agent directly or by contacting us.

We will respond to data access and deletion requests within 30 days.

10.3 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 11. International Data Transfers

ANY ADS LLC is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. Personal information collected from U.S.-based agents and consumers may be transferred to and processed in the UAE. By using the Service or submitting information through our forms, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same data protection standards regardless of where data is processed.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered agents. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
